1) Cancellations by Guests

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour time: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount, minus 5% payment processing fees.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour time: No refund for any reason.
• No-shows: Failure to arrive on time or failure to attend for personal reasons is strictly non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

2) Rescheduling Requests

• Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
• If a guest faces an issue, CruiseBoat Oman reserves the right to decide whether rescheduling may be offered.
• If approved, rescheduling is subject to availability and may include additional fees.

3) Weather / Sea Condition Cancellations

If CruiseBoat Oman cancels a tour due to unsafe weather or sea conditions:

• Guests receive a full refund
• No deductions or fees will be applied
