1) Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Your booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully completed and confirmed by us.

2) Prices & Payments

• Prices are shown in OMR unless stated otherwise.
• Payment processing providers may charge transaction fees.
• If VAT applies, it will be included or shown at checkout where applicable.

3) Meeting Point & Timing

• Guests must arrive 15–30 minutes before departure.
• Tours depart on time. Late arrivals may be treated as a no-show.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

4) Guest Conduct & Safety

Guests must follow crew instructions and behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.

We may refuse service or remove guests for unsafe behavior, harassment, intoxication, or disruption. In such cases, the booking is non-refundable.

5) Tour Changes

For safety or operational reasons, we may change the route, timing, duration, vessel, or schedule of a tour.

6) Weather & Sea Conditions

Tours depend on safe sea and weather conditions. We may cancel or modify a tour if conditions are unsafe.

Refund rules for weather cancellations are described in the Refund Policy.

7) Children & Minors

• Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
• Minimum age restrictions may apply depending on the tour.
• A legal guardian must book for minors.

8) Health Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.

If you have medical conditions, pregnancy, mobility limitations, or concerns, please inform us before the tour.

9) Personal Belongings

Guests bring personal items at their own risk. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

10) Photos & Media

We may take photos/videos during tours for marketing purposes. If you do not want to appear, inform staff before the tour begins.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, participation is at your own risk and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

12) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, or port closures.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
